Disappointing Positive: Great location. Negative: Arrived to apartment being dirty, shower dirt and mould, floor wine spots, cabinets greasy handprints, window and bathrooms ledges etc all dusty. Although they came and cleaned up sufficiently it was not appropriate that we should have had to complain. Beds are basic, linen cheap KMart and not fitting bed. Quilt was so thin and electric blanket on bed wrong way with controls at the bottom and unplugged extension cord left in heap on the floor on arrival. Bowls all chipped and scratched. Only one key & fob for family of three and couldn’t arrange a second key for our stay. Lift access firstly to 6th then to 20 was painful as was no accommodation of luggage storage before or after. Sign on lift said that this is a residential only building and not for short term rentals so we felt uncomfortable that the owner was not obeying the Strata rules? A very disappointing stay.
