Stylish 2BR Retreat with Pool, Gym & Balcony

Positive: The security of the building and location Negative: Upon arrival we were told the previous occupants had left the place in a mess and there were no curtains in either bedroom. A handyman was scheduled to fix it the next day, but I received a call saying they couldn't reach him, so we temporarily fixed it ourselves. The bathrooms were not cleaned well; there was hair in the main shower and dirty marks in the ensuite toilet. The kitchen bench looked as if it had been wiped with a dirty cloth and most of the provided utensils weren't clean, we had to wash them before using them​. ​I asked for another fob for the car space and main entrance entry, as there was only one. I was told they'd follow it up and have one within 24 hours, I still have not heard back from them. The beds were clean and comfortable. ​The outdoor area was amazing, a little dirty and gritty but that's to be expected.

Positive: Die zentrale Lage, die Dachterrasse, das Parken in der Tiefgarage. Zwei große Fernseher und der Außengrill. Besonders den Kindern hat die Poollandschaft gefallen. Negative: Wir konnten keinen Wäscheständer finden, obwohl eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war.

Loved it Positive: The views and the balcony. The facilities in the complex were great. Excellent communication. The apartment was very clean. Very happy with our stay Negative: Keys collection/drop off was a little difficult due to it being on a main road and nowhere to park. Due to the location of the unit being in the middle of F. Valley, not sure of a solution. Also, some more basics in the apartment would have been nice like hand soap, chux, small amount of laundry liquid. Small things which didn’t affect the overall experience which was excellent.
