Positive: The apartment is in a really good location. Joel was an excellent host, keeping us informed and responding very quickly to enquiries. He even stocked the pantry with essentials. Would definitely stay there again.
Negative: There wasn't anything major not to like about the experience. Joel sends a link to the property's guidebook just before the check-in - for security reasons. There are a lot of good instructions many of which do not have a security implication. Maybe this could be sent in two batches to allow more time for the tenants to prepare themselves ahead of the stay. Again, very minor.
